It has a great location BUT the problem is they have so many terns flying around everything is covered with bird droppings. It is by no means enjoyable to no be under cover at this marina. The birds dive bomb you and leave a huge mess. Also they charge alot of money and do zero maintenace. The head guy does nothing but make it impossible for anything at this marina.
