The Barcadere Marina is being built as a first class, environmentally friendly marina that will offer recreational and commercial boaters a comprehensive combination of services and amenities. The marina is located in George Town, the capital of the Cayman Islands, less than a minute from the Owen Roberts international airport and only a few minutes from the Royal Watler port facility and cruise ship landing downtown. The Barcadere Marina is being developed and managed by Scotts Landing, which is a part of the Scotts Group of companies. The Barcadere Marina was conceived out of the need to bring Scotts Marine to the waterfront, where customers can enjoy easy access by boat to the sales and service center, as well as to the other amenities offered. The strategic location of the Barcadere also affords easy access from the marina to many of the island’s key boating attractions such as Stingray City, the Sand Bar and the North Wall, as well as Cayman Kai, Rum Point and the entire North Sound.
